Transportation

Unfortunately, it's either vehicle or taxi (or bike if you are feeling it).

Accommodation

There is limited space for overnight stay, but we are doing our best to get as many people on-site overnight that want it.

On-site accommodation falls into 3 categories:

  • Pre-erected bell tents

  • Pitches for other tents

  • Spots for campervans

Off-site accommodation exists near-by courtesy of your favourite establishment most likely to be in Tunbridge Wells. Some suggestions:

The Site

The site's website does a better job of describing it that we can: Caracol Camping.

We have the whole site booked for Friday 1st August & Saturday 2nd.

Those that are staying overnight: can you please arrive on Friday if you can.

We need to be off the site by 11am on Sunday.

Saturday

12:00pm Day guests arrival and drinks.

12:30pm Ceremony

1:30pm Drinks & canapes

2:30pm Lunch

3:30pm Speeches/Pudding time

5:30pm Band

6:30pm DJ

7:00pm Band - BBQ / Cheese & biscuits 

8:00pm - DJ

12:00am Quiet chill​

What To Bring

If camping:

  • Cool boxes with cool packs

  • Camping chairs

  • Dinner for Friday evening

  • Breakfast for Saturday AM although we will supply some basics (tea, coffee, milk, toast, jam, etc)


If not camping:

  • Yourself and a huge smile


In both cases:

  • 1 - 1.5m of ribbon

  • Clothing for the weather

  • There will be a load of alcohol & drinks supplied for Saturday but not sure how long it will last. Please do bring backup drinks for the Saturday should we run out or you want something specific. For those onsite at Friday, you may want to bring drinks for then too.​

Dress Code

For Friday evening:

Predominantly white clothing & an animal mask.

 

For the rest of the time:

As casual or as flamboyant as you choose. We want people to feel comfortable.
